LONDON DRY Gin - 40% ABV -700mL 

This Ode to a traditional gin making screams at 1980’s Punk culture. A true juniper forward London Dry balanced with Lemon Mrytle, Hibiscus and Almond and tickled with Lemon and Cucumber. A great house mix to spice up any gimlet, or base any Martini, Shaken not stirred of course!

THE TINY BEAR PROCESS

The production process for Tiny Bear gin begins with an unconventional step of using kale, water, sugar, and yeast to create a kale wine. We use kale to provide nutrition to the yeast in the fermentation process. This creates a higher-quality alcohol in the kale wine. Once the kale wine has been produced, the next step is to distil it to create a neutral spirit. The neutral spirit, which is similar to vodka at this stage, is infused with traditional gin botanicals, with juniper berries being a key component, as well as the botanicals unique to to a Dry Gin blended with some Lemon and Cucumber which are distilled together to create our distinctive gin.

SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS

FIERY TWIST GIMLET

Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice water. In a cocktail shaker, combine 60ml Tiny Bear London Dry Gin, 30ml fresh lime juice, and 15ml simple syrup. Add ice cubes and shake the mixture vigorously for 10-15 seconds before straining into your chilled glass. For the fiery kick, add either a few slices of fresh chilli to your cocktail or a dash of pepper-infused syrup. Garnish with a lime wheel or birds eye chili.
