What would Christmas be without Christmas Gin?!! So Deck the halls and get some GIN!

Our 2025 Christmas GIN is a variation to our usual Pudding GIN, with spiced vanilla notes and Barrel Aged for 6 months.  A very special gin perfect to get you in the holiday spirit and it is just like Grandma used to make (boozy!!). 

We’ve swapped out the usual gin botanicals (still bucket loads of Juniper) for currants, cranberries, apricots, and orange to make this fruity number, and splashed a little Vanilla and Chai Spiced notes. With subtle drop of spice and decadent almonds, this gin will make a heavenly summer gin and tonic garnished with a generous chunk of orange.

THE TINY BEAR PROCESS

The production process for Tiny Bear gin begins with an unconventional step of using kale, water, sugar, and yeast to create a kale wine. We use kale to provide nutrition to the yeast in the fermentation process. This creates a higher-quality alcohol. The next step is to distil the kale wine to create a neutral spirit, which is essentially a vodka base. The neutral spirit, is infused with traditional gin botanicals, with juniper berries being a key component, as well as the botanicals unique to the Christmas Pudding Gin blend which are distilled together to create our distinctive gin.

SERVING RECOMmENDATIONS

PUDDING MANHATTEN

For a Pudding Manhatten, combine 60ml of Tiny Bear Pudding Gin, 20ml of sweet red vermouth and a dash of Angostura Bitters with cubed ice. Stir these together gently for 20 seconds. Strain this twice and pour it into a martini glass with a Maraschino cherry as a garnish.
