Christmas Pudding just like Grandma used to make (and just as boozey). We’ve swapped out the usual gin botanicals (still bucket loads of Juniper) for currants, cranberries, apricots and orange to make this fruity number. Finished off with a subtle drop of spice and decadent almond, this gin will make a heavenly summer gin and tonic garnished with a generous chunk of orange.
PUDDING MANHATTAN
RECIPE:
60ml Pudding Gin
20ml Sweet Red Vermouth
1 x dash Agnostura Bitters
Garnish:
Maraschino Cherry
Method:
Pour all ingredients over cubed ice and stir until balanced (roughly 20 seconds). Double strain into a Martini Glass. Chuck in the Cherry
MULLED PUDDING CUP
RECIPE:
60ml Pudding Gin
120ml Apple Juice (or cider for an extra kick)
1 x barspoon of honey
1 x cinnamon stick
1 x Star Anise
3 x cloves
1 x orange wheel
Method:
In a small pot, heat all the ingredients for a few minutes on a low flame until hot. Add to mug and enjoy. Multiply recipe to make a bigger batch to enjoy with friends.
