The Tiny Bear Spiced Gin brings a hint of exotic spices to our gin. A spice driven gin, with a strong juniper base, flavoured by four different peppers, as well as cardamom, clove and cumin. Fresh citrus notes added from lemon and lime, with a crisp finish from the added cucumber. This is a bold gin which makes a great "red snapper" or a "dirty martini". Serve the Spiced gin with either a slice of lemon, lime, cucumber, fresh ginger or orange in a gin and tonic.

THE TINY BEAR PROCESS

The production process for Tiny Bear gin begins with an unconventional step of using kale, water, sugar, and yeast to create a kale wine. We use kale to provide nutrition to the yeast in the fermentation process. This creates a higher-quality alcohol in the kale wine. Once the kale wine has been produced, the next step is to distil it to create a neutral spirit. The neutral spirit, which is similar to vodka at this stage, is infused with traditional gin botanicals, with juniper berries being a key component, as well as the botanicals unique to the Spiced Gin blend which are distilled together to create our distinctive gin.

SERVING RECOMMENDATIONS

SPICED NEGRONI

To make a Spiced Gin Negroni, combine 30ml each of Tiny Bear Spiced Gin, Sweet Vermouth, and Campari in a mixing glass with ice. Mix this together, then strain into a glass with ice and garnish with an orange twist.
