Same Navy Strength Sailor Gin, aged at 61% in ex bourbon Barrels for roughly 4 months, then rested for two months at 58%, to let the complexities continue to express. The end result….. a Creamy Soda x Lavender x Orange honey x Spice x Juniper punch goodness. Something complex and different, and has me going back for more (lets be honest I shouldn’t write tasting notes, but at least I didn’t say it tastes like essence of old socks + burnt rubber or something)
